“No!!! I don’t want to go!” Aarushi whined, desperately trying to free her hand from Shruti’s tight grip. Her best friend, however, seemed determined, pulling her through the corridor with a grin that screamed mischief.

“Come on, Aarushi! It’ll be fun!” Shruti insisted, not even pausing as Aarushi dug her shoes in and tried to resist. The whole scene was comical—Aarushi stumbling and protesting, her face flushed with embarrassment as a few classmates turned to watch. Shruti didn’t care; she had her eyes set on dragging Aarushi all the way.
